1. Delivery of Services
Digital services (e.g., advertisement publication) are provided immediately after payment is credited, but no later than within 24 hours, unless agreed otherwise.
2. Delivery of Goods
If physical goods (e.g., promotional materials) are part of the offer, they are sent within 3 working days of receipt of payment. The carrier and shipping price are listed in the order summary.
3. Payment Methods
Online card payments are processed by Stripe. After confirming your order, you are redirected to the secure Stripe Checkout page. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Standard bank transfer – maturity 7 days, variable symbol = order number.
Other methods by individual agreement.
4. Tax Documents
A tax document is issued and delivered electronically to the email address provided in the order. The operator is a non-VAT payer.
